Due to the curated and limited nature of our creative boxes, all purchases are final. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, your experience is extremely important to us. If your item arrives damaged during transit or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at speir.official@gmail.com with photos of the package, and we will do our best to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We hand-pack and ship all orders from Ireland via An Post as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times can vary significantly depending on your location, customs processing, and postal service volume. International shipping handles through multiple transit hubs, so we estimate standard international delivery window, but actual delivery dates are out of our control. You will receive a tracking link or shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order is on its way.
